Re: McKean Co. Camps

Chet has helped me out with odds and ends and car repairs more times than enough over the years. Hope he never retires......

Re: McKean Co. Camps

We own the pit where they burned all the wire years ago. Several years ago the State came in and remediated the old strip mine and planted it in clover and deer mix. I never thought I'd see the pit looking like it does now! We're back there 34 years now and Chet Clark bailed us out many times over the years. Now they're drilling gas wells back there. The land can't seem to catch a break up there!

This is who we are. This is what we do.

Re: McKean Co. Camps

Does anyone know if there are any hunting camps near or on state game lands that are up for sale with a reasonable price tag?

Re: McKean Co. Camps

I have gotten turned around many times back Scaffold lick during snowmobile season and last year it look like they put more trails through to get me even more confused. I'm going to need a map or get more signs in the area.

Lots of country back up in there... Quad riding, snowmobiles, horses you name it... A nice recreation area.
