Re: Spring Creek,Pa.?

i think they are getting a large section of the Brokenstraw Creek there too for private fishing purposes... I am not sure of all the details or if the fence is true or not. But it will be a large corridor of woods and water.

It is right near SGL143 , some of it might border it actually. It is along rt 426, from where Rt 27/426 meet in Garland area to spring creek along the Brokenstraw. I use to trout fish and hunt bunnies and pheasants down there. They sure did get some nice land and apparently a golf course.

Re: Spring Creek,Pa.?

I talk to one person that hunts there and she told him he had to remove his tree stand and he was under the impression Cabela's had something to do with it. I know Cabela's has brokers to sell land only thru out the world but not in the business on leasing land. Retail is there thing.Who ever has it also bought land that had wildlife conservation signs posted. Is what he was told.Who knows might be a big game preserve for the buyers.

Nothing like peeling an Ibex off of the 15th green. Puts a new meaning in "nice tee shot".
