Elk County

Just got back from camp, although a damp and cool weekend at least the bugs were not that bad.Did very well on a local stream even though it was up and murky. Not gonna tell you the name but its about 3 feet from a Pigs tail. For anybody headed up that way the Clarion and Redbank were both up and chocolate milk

Re: Elk County

Did very well up there this weekend as well. We thought about heading over that way but stayed closer to camp. The stream we fished was more clear than murky even with all the rain.

Re: Elk County

Pappy I'm heading up just for the day tomorrow. That pigtail stream is usually good through the 4th of July. For consistenly better fishing head North my friend, head North. Last two weeks been seeing lots of hens with poults. Might be a good fall turkey season.
