Firewood permit

I' m curious if anyone knows how to obtain a firewood cutting permit from the DCNR, I have a place in potter county and would to cut some for campfires and fuel wood. I went on the DCNR website but all I can find is an application permits for forbes state forest.

You can send your info, name , vehicle your gonna use plate number, address on your license, how many cords you [email protected] $15 per cord and a start date. And two roads or drivable trails that you will get it off of. A check made out to commonwealth of pa, and a self addressed stamped envelope for them to mail you your permit back. This will save you from having to go while the district office is open. Give it a good week and half before u plan to go up

Anybody can shoot deer on the farm ground....You earn it in the mountains.......

Not sure what this number is, but to get the Susquehannock State Forest district office call, (814) 274-3600.

We are about 25 minutes from keating summit, camp is not far from costello. Had a friend that lived in keating summit up the road from the forest house.
