Re: Bummer

Will miss the bears feeding in the dumpster just outside of the main doors - Me and my youngest daughter were in the parking lot watching a bear in the dumpster - when an older couple came out the door and started walking towards thier car which was parked right next to our vehicle - when they got to their car I told them they just walked past a bear in the dumpster - they were quite upset

Re: Bummer

To bad, been there a few times. My uncle by marriage sister used to run it. Brings back some bad memories though. We took my grandma there for her 60th birthday in 1999 after dinner wew drove the hour home only to receive a phone call that my cousin was killed by a drunk driver near titusville that night. Freaking shame, she was 17 and days away from her senior year of high school.

Common sense isn't very common these days!

The "nut" has always been our favorite place to go.

Re: Bummer

It has been closed for several weeks now. My parents went over to eat dinner one night, pretty sure 2 weeks before archery, and it was closed at 5 pm.

The one lady who works at the subway in Tionesta said the reason was "mismanagement" but that is as far as she went. Didn't know anything about the liqour license.

Thats a shame, it was my favorite place to go.

2F for a while...
