RE: Camp Attendance

How many hunters did you have at camp for the spring turkey opener? Any success?

Only my wife and I in camp, did some clean up and planting. Went fishing on Sat. eve. Saw a turkey behind camp. All in all a good weekend.

Re: RE: Camp Attendance

We had 13 at camp this weekend and no birds. Then again, only 1 guy that went out and tried to fill his tag. We had a great time throwing horseshoes and some RR.

There were 8 of us at camp(2G). I think all heard birds but no one connected but we all had lots of fun though.

Re: RE: Camp Attendance

(1) hunter & (1) adult observer...who will be back next year!

Located one at sunup demonstrating a crow call for him. No time to setup the decoys, called him in to about 75 yards & he hung up looking right at me as I called like he was confused cause he didn't see a hen...next time just hrowing up a hen decoy may make the difference.

4th Generation @ Kamp.

3D - There are STILL a few deer left! You need to pry them out of the developments!
