Germania Store

Just wanted to pass along that the GERMANIA STORE is under new management and has began to rent rooms again. So if anyone is looking for lodging in Trout/Turkey season this may be an option. I saw the add in the Wharton Gazette.

Re: Germania Store

Good info. !!! Thanx

The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

Re: Germania Store

I've heard there is a rumor it's haunted. True or not, who knows?

Re: Germania Store

The bar across the street is haunted - no kidding! I never heard the store was haunted. By the way, the store is even better than before, with more inventory!

Great to hear there is more inventory. When ever my wife is at camp we have to make a trip to to store for ice cream. We also always leave with a big wedge of cheese.

Re: Germania Store

Stopped in the store a couple times during snowmobile season and ordered a sandwich from them. Seems like a real nice family and the kind of people you want to see succeed. They were working on adding more seating. Best of luck to them. That area needs any kind of boost they can get.

Re: Germania Store

Where did Lonnie & Roxi go? We have a camp right down the road from there so we stopped in often. Hope the new owners do well!

Re: Germania Store

One year during bear season we were at the bar across the street and did there $1.00 shot game. Did 18 shots and it went down hill from there. Lol
