Re: conditions in Forest county this AM 2/28

My son and daughter in law was going to go just to check on the place but seen the forecast and thought let's wait now with your post I'm sure they made the right choice. Takes a while to warm up everything and at that temp ugh. But we are all getting itchy to go been to long. But I am ready! Next week day trip for sure.

live laugh love and hunt hard!

Forest county got to love it!

Was at Kelly's for dinner last night. More snow coming. Had the wood burner going good last night

I'm so far behind I think I'm in first place.

Re: conditions in Forest county this AM 2/28

Thanks for the update, I haven't been up since late October, a retired gentleman beside me visits his camp regularly and always checks on my place. I know a few weeks ago they brought in a backhoe to clear the lane to our places, and that was before these last couple snow storms.

Re: conditions in Forest county this AM 2/28

Haven't ventured as far as Ross Run. Came up to do some wiring and other inside work on the new camp. Plowed snow again today. Don't know where I'm gonna push any more snow if more comes tonight.
All the roads are getting narrow with big snow piled up on each side.
Danesdad, was down Jones Farm last sunday trying to call some crows. It's getting pretty narrow too with all the snow. We met the plow truck and had to back up 1/4 mile to be able to pass by him.
