Archery Deer Camp

Are there no Archery Deer Camps this Weekend? Yes, it is going to rain, it will be to warm, the rut is a month away, but no archery camp? Well we are going to the Kinzua Camp with steaks and beer with high hopes. Whether we bring home the venison this early in the season or not we will have a great time at Camp. How about you?

Re: Archery Deer Camp

I will be headed to camp tomorrow morning as soon as I'm off from work. I will be joined by my brother, dad and cousin.

I hunted coyotes before it was cool!

Just my dad and me in camp for the opener and probably every week after. Can't wait for the 10 day rut hunt to start!

Iím a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.

We are waiting til next weekend, 1. it is a 3 day weekend for me, 2. just getting back from Quebec i got football games and band competitions to attend all day Saturday.

Will be at the hill Sunday to move one stand or two...though and put one up at the new place as well, does been there every night as my boy works on his truck in the garage.

NEXT weekend is Archery deer camp here. then again every weekend there on out, including a 5 day weekend around Halloween.

Kman, if you get bored at camp Saturday night, head over to War Memorial field in Warren and take in a ton of skilled marching bands those kids play in the rain and cold regardless in band uniforms and ponchos , no gortex, underarmor and rainwear, no hunters better use that lame excuse....rain..LOL

GOD BLESS guys and enjoy it all!!!

Re: Archery Deer Camp

Dad and I are headed to Juniata County tomorrow evening for a Saturday hunt. Not much buck activity yet, but you never know.

Good luck and be safe.

Re: Archery Deer Camp

Fly fishing tomorrow then going up in the evening. Hunting between an apple orchard and bedding area in the morning. The orchard then in the evening.

I will never understand why people can be so blinded by a liar.

Good Luck to all and remember your fall protection. Sorry about the Safety Card, it is my line of work.
