Cabin/Mountain Home for sale/ Kettle Creek Valley

Hey Y'all my wife and I have found a great place and have placed an offer on it. The new place is more in line with what we really wanted and is only 3 miles from our current place.
That being said we have put our current cabin/home up for sale.
It is located off of rt 144 on the Clinton/Potter line right along Kettle Creek.
It is 24x48 located on .5 acres. 4 Bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a half bath. 1000 gallon holding tank for septic and well water and a 50 gallon hot water tank. 200 Amp electrical service. Large kitchen and porch that is under roof. Roof has just been replaced with metal. Taxes approx. $325 a year.
Also has a large storage shed.
asking $104,000

We have it listed with Pine creek real estate due to the distance for showing purposes. Pics of the cabin can be viewed on their website.
PM me if you have any questions
Thanks

Thanks all for the encouragement.
We have decided to LOWER THE PRICE TO $97,000 in an effort to get it to move a bit quicker. The original post has been active for to long and I missed the editing window. Hence the reason for re posting.
Thanks for looking
