Are we as Sportsmen going to sit around.....

and let a group sue the state to allow the sunday hunting? I think we as a group have to stop these TWO people before they open this can of worms, that has just been laying in idle. I believe, and i may be wrong, that if PETA and HSUS, and other groups see hunters sueing to further implement sunday hunting, it may cause them to react within the courts also. Then it all comes down to who has the most money. That is something i dont think we has hunters want, due to us only making up roughly 10% of the PA population. Another thought to keep in mind, is after all these hoopla is over and say they , "win"; what if the PGC doesnt implement sunday deer hunting, i mean sunday hunting. The next step would be to sue the PGC, and sorry, that makes you no better then the USP, prob worse in my opinion. Sorry for the rant. Just my two cents that really dont mean anything. I just love to hunt, and this a so called lawsuit, in my opinion, will do nothing to help! hunting.

As much as I disagree with it....it's their right to challenge it if they feel the need. Pretty much the same stance I took with the USP lawsuits. It all comes out in the wash in the end.

Same as most things in life...You can go from zero to hero in a blink of an eye. Works the same in reverse too.

Re: Are we as Sportsmen going to sit around.....

And here I thought this forum was going to go 24 hours without a SH thread for the first time in how long? LOL

This horse can't be beaten to death anymore than it already has, in my opinion there should be a SH forum where all that want to continue to beat the poor animal some more can duke it out LOL

This is the outdoor issues forum but if you go back page after page you'd swear this was the only issue facing us as hunters and outdoors folks...

Suing the state is not how I want to be represented as a hunter. I think in the end it would just make us look bad and create a lot of hard feelings. I am not sure if I want SH. If it happens though, I would respect the change but if it occurs because of a lawsuit I would not.

I believe the discussion was a lawsuit to repeal a blue law based on the constitutionality of it.

If this law was repealed, the PGC may or may not expand Sunday hunting. They are the agnecy that is tasked with regulating hunting and the discussion should ultimately be directed at them.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

so , any blue law that was challenged and overturned should go back on the books then. your only problem is that its hunting and it might affect deer. yes i enjoy deer, more eating than hunting. if i could hunt small game all year and have my deer given to me i'd be much happier. its not about sunday deer its about the goverment deciding what and when i can hunt and not the agaecy the gave the athouirity to. let the PGC decide

if you bought it, a trucker brought it

Sorry. I'd rather ride where I'm comfortable on the bus than to make a group happy in the back.

I want ONE valid reason, ONE, that hunters should be treated as second class.
