How will they enforce "10 per year"? Every other animal with a yearly limit has a tag.

They make it sound as if PA has singlehandedly opened the door to the black market for porky meat. There are many states that allow taking of porkypines, NY included.......

You will get more $ from an avid fly fishermen - the hair goes for $40 oz. - used for tying flies.
