HSUS Land Trust ?

Heard a blurb on the radio that the HSUS has a land trust and was seeking donations. Anyone have any info? NO I ain't donating !

You think they will sign up in one of the cooperative programs with the PGC? Now we will have a place to direct people with ATVs looking for someplace to ride.

A little off topic .... Anti hunting - animal rights groups have begun purchacing land leases from the Canadian Goverment specifically in British Columbia restricting many Governent owned acres from hunter access.

Possibly. HSUS does do some things to deter poaching but only because it is a form of hunting which they oppose in any form.

I can attest to that. One outfitter who formerly had an outfit holding coastal grizzly hunts sold his concession to an animal rights group. He did so at the time some friends of mine were on a salmon fishing trip with him, much to their disgust, but I guess he can't be faulted for making a profit?

Yeah I understand why they do it. It just seems odd that the PGC would accept donations from them, but it may not be their choice I don't know.
