Re: What a great day...

Won't argue that... beautiful morning indeed. I will say this though, even though I can't hunt today it's still a beautiful morning.

Where have you been? I had to work late... Oh these? Yeah, it was 'camo day' at work again .

Re: What a great day...

It would be great to get out after some grouse or woodcock while I'm waiting to pick up my deer at the processor. It should be ready at noon.

Re: What a great day...

It was a beautiful morning for a walk in the woods today. So nice, in fact, that I'm getting ready to go out for another hike around our and neighboring properties.

I would never let the fact that I couldn't carry my bow or gun keep me from enjoying the woods around me. I feel bad for folks who miss out on days like this just because they aren't allowed to kill something. And it is very relaxing when one doesn't have to be so stealthy and quiet and there's no worry of making a neighbor mad by disturbing his hunt. Fall is the best time to get out and explore the woods.

It is indeed a GREAT DAY.

And Gal, don't forget to post the pics.

Hunting or not, it is indeed a great day to be in the woods.
But it sure would be nice to have the choice.

Re: What a great day...

All yinz saying how nice a day it to be able to hunt.. OK. I agree, beautiful day to be able to hunt. So why stay in and complain, go out and ENJOY THE DAY!! I'll be at the gun range shooting and helping others.

Re: What a great day...

Didn't hear anyone complaining what so ever. Commenting yes, complaining no. Don't think anyone said they weren't going to enjoy the day either...inside or out.
