Connecticut SB 20 bans African trophies

apparently if this passes. it will be a criminal violation to possess mounted African trophies of the big 6. i cant find out if it will ban possession of your current mounts. this is what happens when people keep voting for the Demonrats.

I am not sure they have the legal authority to ban the possession of game legally taken and legally imported into the US. You can bet SI and other hunting organizations will be pouring money into stopping this lunacy! CT must have forgotten about Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

I am not sure they do either. its like the illegal gun ban in Pittsburgh. if this passes and they ban possession of current mounts, they will have to spend thousands to fight it in court.

Democrats are the party of illegality.

I don't think they have the authority to ban mounts being currently brought into the US legally, let alone ones already in possession.
