Animals Need a Day of Rest

For those who think animals need a day of rest, is this what you think they are doing?

Re: Animals Need a Day of Rest

Last year I came across a hamock set up in the middle of the woods. I immediately thought of a scene like your picture, a big buck lounging on it on a peaceful Sunday afternoon.

Then tell people to quit driving motorcycles since they are noisier than rifles. Or tell God to knock off the thunder in the middle of the night?

How about we make suppressors legal for hunting? Then they won't have to hear much at all.

So your saying we sahould suspend the 2nd A and outlaw traget shooting, trap, skeet, and just plain old plinking on Sunday.

heck of a lot more shooting for fun on Sunday than there ever would be a shot at game if it ever became legal.

The larger issue is, now suspending our Second Amd. rights is being expoused to mullify church goers.

Is your position a short term gain - or a long term loss? Separate the issues.

And read what part?

Genesis 10:9 -
He was a mighty hunter before the LORD

or perhaps

Genesis 27:3 - Now then, get your weapons—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

Can you point me to where it says "Except Sundays"

And I am NOT your honey.

Re: Animals Need a Day of Rest

The only thing that needs a rest is the dead horse; that you have beaten so badly that it just looks like a big pile of hair and a couple hooves.....

Let it go. You aren't changing anyone's mind on here, and you haven't come up with anything new since day one. It's all been said. Just same old same old. Getting a little desperate, IMO, resorting to cartoons?

Not desperate in the least. I thought it was a riot, actually. That, and I'm bored today.
