This was discussed a few months ago. Not much of a deterrent is it.
Theodore P. Kirkwood, 55, of 1688 Heilmandale Road, Lebanon, was sentenced to three months probation and fined $200 for two counts of poaching deer. The incidents occurred on Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority landfill property in North Lebanon Township on Dec. 11 last year.
Below is the docket sheet. He plead guilty to a misdemeanor for the unlawful killing in which he got probation. $1000.00 fine for resisting and $200.00 for trespassing. Perhaps the original person posting should read into things more. It's ashame he didn't get more in fine money for poaching but he still has misdemeanor hanging over him. Plus if i recall his brother was the big player here.
