Took a ride over to the one in Middletown NY.

No great deals.

10% off ammo which brings it down to the price they should be selling it for.

Most other stuff 20-30% off, nothing stellar.

Bought 2 gunsling's and a cute outfit for my future granddaughter who is due to arrive in this world 5/24/17.

Stopped in the Johnstown, Pa store and foundout no firearmsorammodiscounted there this week. Possibly 5% discount next week. Clothing and some other stuff discounted 20 to 30% but they were always high anyways.

Checked out the warrington store. At 10% off ammo and accessories, i was underwhelmed. However, people were buying up everything. I don't get it

Even with the going out of business sales I haven't seen a bargain.

I don't think that store was even open 7 months yet.
All those catalog outfits didnt realize what a good thing they had going just by offering one or two stores and doing most of their business as mail order. They went to brick and mortar and the costs associated with it killed them.
even the classic biggie, SEARS found out this was a big mistake.

i went to my local gander mountain yesterday looking for bargain prices. just about everything was marked 10% off, no deals to be had there and they had a sign in the store that said firearms and ammo were exempt from discount pricing even though their big ad on their web site said everything goes "liquidation pricing"

I guess they still haven't learned, i'll wait a while.

Gander Mountain store in West Mifflin has been advertising their "liquidation" sale for almost a year now.If the "deals" were any good, the store would be empty by now!
