Anyone going for SeaBass for opening weekend?

The Black Sea Bass season starts this weekend. I will be on a PB on Saturday to catch some of these tasty critters. Been eating flounder for the past month, looking for a change up!

Im still undecided. Either the Mohawk, the Northstar or the Porgy. Looking for the one with the least drive time and most fishing. I caught some nice size ones during flounder in 55-90 feet. Some may be running deeper.

Let us know how you did. I ended up at the Lehigh vs. New Hampshire game. Former students of mine play for both teams, and it was a beautiful day for college football.

I ended up not going due to laziness. My first week back to work, I did not feel like getting up early after days of waking up before 6:00 am. Gonna try next weekend.

We didn't go yesterday since the ocean looked like we were going to take a beating. Spend the day getting the boat and tackle ready for stripers.
Just came in from a little ride to the rips 10 MPH winds out of the E, water temp 66......won't be long.

My ability to remember lyrics from songs of the 60's far exceed my ability to remember why I walked into the kitchen
