Cooking blues and mackerel????

I have a bunch of bluefish and spanish mackerel fillets from last week that I was going to cook up. Anyone have any recipes they'd like to share of how they cook theirs??? Thanks.

cut and toss all the dark meat! I never keep Mackerel.

I marinate / brine in whatever you like for a day. Then grill on foil with butter, garlic, onion, and lemon. Tastes great!
