My brother guides for http://illinoistrophybowhuntersinc.com/illinois-hunting-photos/. I'm afraid to go out there in fear I will have to go every year! His trophy wall is unreal. If I wasn't hunting so many other species I would surely hunt with them. Check their site.

I don't think you can use crossbows. I did some research...I believe older and disabled people are the only ones allowed to use them

Re: whitetail outfitter

Below is the info relating to crossbows in Illinois.

A legally permitted archery hunter may use a crossbow from the second Monday following Thanksgiving through the end of the archery hunting seasons. Illinois law continues to allow use of a crossbow throughout the entire archery season by persons age 62 or older and handicapped persons who are issued crossbow permits by the IDNR.

Re: whitetail outfitter

Wyoming, Wyoming, then Wyoming. 100 deer a day seen and a 95% shot at a P&Y deer! Hunted out there 3 times for whitetail after going to Illinois. If you want the BEST BANG for your buck the West is where its at!!

Camp life,it don't get much better!
