Spring Turkey Missouri/Kansas

Has anyone done an spring turky hunting near Kansas City? Any recommendations would be welcome.

Not going to kill any turkeys in the city. Seriously there are tons of guides and guide services in both Kansas and Missouri. Take your pick. There is also some public ground in ground in both states and I will tell you from personal experience that the public stuff gets pounded with hunters. Best bet is an outfitter. They can and will put you on birds and if you don't kill one then the only one to blame is yourself. Good Luck

Bell Wildlife is about 30 miles south of Topeka. Excellent turkey populations and a good guy to hunt with. He is in Harveyville, KS. I believe he told me they took 85 gobblers last spring.
