agree with RufedG. don't overlook public land. We hunted both private and public and saw lots of lope on small tracks of public land that was virtually unhunted. Look at a few of the public land maps on line (blm/state land) and then figure out access. If you're dead set on private and get into a pinch, let me know. i have some contacts out there I can send you. But honestly, if you can find the right public land tract between private, you'll likely have it all to yourself. small tracts get overlooked bigtime!
