Size Limits

Does anyone know the actual size limit on Bass in the Kinzua Dam? Everything I've seen points to it being 12 inches, but some friends claim it is 15.....

I don't see it listed as a "Big Bass" lake in the book or under Misc. waters. There is no agreement with N.Y. so if you are in N.Y. waters you need to follow their rules(best have their license too). I would agree with you the limits would follow "commonwealth inland waters".... June 16 - Oct 31 - 6 per day @ 12" min. ...... Nov 1 - April 13 4 per day @ 15" and of course April 14 - the opening day next year June(?) is the C+R season so no harvest.

Wrote this yesturday but forgot to hit the button... LOL
