just a thought, when you see deer with the summer coats, they are the thinnest you'll see them with a hide, its easy to see their ribs this time of year. they don't need to be fat this time of year. its 90 degrees they aren't storing any body weight. i haven't pulled any of my cards yet to be certain. all my past summer time pics looked the same, i could see the deers ribs almost on every deer, then fall came and they started to beef up. night time photos with black and white do differ a bit from day time photos. like i said just a thought.
