Lugnut Updated Pics

From July 8, 11 and 13. Will check again on Sunday. Hopefully some more recent pics. I'm really curious as to what the ends of his beams are doing. Drops, G4s, crab claws, sticker? Who knows. In the last 7 days, it looks like he just grew more main beam.

Hard to tell but how wide do you think he is?

Based on last year, I thought he was an easy 26. If the ear span is 16 inches, he's easily 5 inches past on both sides.

Here he is from last summer.

I'd say 18 inches to the ear tips then add maybe 6..
My guess is 24 inches

Looks like there's a chance he could lose some tine length depending how much more of a growth push he ends with this month...still has the bulbous tips so there is hope.

Not that I would root against you, but in a way I would like to see you get pics of him for a couple more years as he regresses into old age. Be interesting to see how his rack changes as he declines.

Regardless, thanks for posting him. I know "if" I had bucks of that caliber on camera they would be nowhere near the internets.

His tines are actually slightly ahead of last year and the year before. He put on tine length through the first week of August last year.

I'll pull the cam on Sunday and see if there is any update. I pulled the cam yesterday and the most recent pic was from 8 days ago. Should have gained a nice amount in that time.

He's making good progress. Although it's very understandable. Thanks for sharing what most will not.
