If you're eating at my mom's house you do or she'll do it for you.

I can't think of a time all the way back to grade school that I didn't wear a hat. But, never at the table and very seldom in the house.
And even though I only did 4 years in the Air Force, 30 years ago, I still remove it or put it on as I'm crossing the threshold. Talk about something getting ingrained deep!

Shoot straight

People are sick of politicians, and me, I hate cats in the house.

Always remove my hat while indoors and especially at a meal. My daughter just earned her Masters degree in Nursing from Drexel while working full time as a neonatal intensive care nurse. Proud of her. Anyway we are at her graduation and they announce please rise and remove your hats for the national anthem. 3 young black guys sitting in front of us didn't rise or remove their hats. I thought how bad could this country be if someone in your family is graduating from Drexel. I couldn't afford Drexel when I went to college. My daughter couldn't afford it either but her work paid a good chunk of it. My wife told me to calm down and not say anything but my blood was boiling. All they did the entire commencement was play with their cell phones.
