Retired with 20 years and 20 days in the USAF. Gave up a line number for E-7 to retire. Didn't want to do the additional 3 years. Spent 9 of those 20 years as an Electronics Instructor, in between Combat Comm and Air Control Comm assignments.

14 years active duty,28 years inactive reserves.(2 to go!) I was a plumber in civil engineering. got caught up in the force reduction and got out. got to go to korea, Nebraska, New York, Alaska , Nebraska, Alaska and finally Michigan. July 1978-1992
