paint fletching

the new bolts that came with my set up... have poor viz for color... would it be ok to hit the back end of the fletching with a little Flo. Orange paint? Just a light tin coat..

I don't think that a light thin coat would hurt that much, not sure I would paint the vanes though as it might change their flight characteristics. I would paint around the very back of the arrow, and possibly about an inch in front of the vanes also. Tape it off and spray away. Only way to tell if it going to work is to try one and see. If is only on the arrow it can be easily removed. Good luck.
