Ulmer Edge Broadheads!!! THUMBS UP!

i just wanted to share my experience with these new broadheads. i took a doe and nine point with these this year and boy do they get the job done. both were double lung and ran less than 50 yards. neither deer bolted they were clean pass thru's and they didnt know what hit them. the blood poured out and when i pulled the bolts from the ground and cleaned the heads up it was like they were never shot. still cut paper and not one nick on the blades. there's a very thick single edged blade on each side. heres the entrance hole on the buck

Friend of mine is with his compound. He shot a buck the other evening and it bled good. Didn't go far either. He really likes them.

I like the fact that you can lock the blades closed and shoot them for practice. Unlock the blades on the same head and go hunting. I always like shooting every broadhead that is in my quiver. This broadhead design allows one to do that without dulling the blades and having to swap out for new.

Thanks for the report.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

that option works well! i really like the fact that these things are so strong. i dont think i have ever shot a broadhead that was untouched after passing through a deer and into the ground.
