I emailed them. No reply been trying to call them
No one answers the phone all I get is voice mail. Left several messages
My son Termenator limb broke last Sat. Like to get him back in business

My father in laws parker tornado limbs split..and he took it straight to the dealer and they had him back in the game in about a week....he also bought a tomcat as a backup plan...not sre where he bought it but thinking york gander mt...

Come and try to take my guns!.you might meet my precious metal collection!

I agree with Callmaker60. A warranty is something you hope you never have to use, but it's there in case you need it. It should never be something that you have to use over and over and pay shipping one way every time. In NO case should it be a crutch for poor engineering! (this applies to all crossbow manufacturers not just one)

Sometime early last summer, Parker made many changes in thier warranty policy. Some of it was good, and some not so good.

Well that's bad news my family onws 3 of them and one is broke now.. and no reply back from tech support.. 1 week now ..

Care to elaborate? I bought a Terminator a few years back primarily on the lifetime warranty premise. This news of a customer service failure is a major disappointment to say the least.
