Who's Ready????

Just wondering who all has their stuff ready for opening day. My son and I only have one blind to setup and that is it. We have 4 double ladderstands and 2 other blinds that have been in position for the last month. The arrows are tipped with broadheads and lumenoks and the excalibur is dialed in. Only one week left to go!!!! It can't get here soon enough!!

Traditions only last if you pass them down to your kids!

Re: Who's Ready????

I just picked up a new hang- on at Dicks. I''ll be putting it up tomorrow and doing a little scouting. Been shooting pretty well out to 40 yards, so I'm confident to there. I'll put out some scent droppers and wash my clothes and I AM READY!

Re: Who's Ready????

Been ready, but my first week will be a bit different this year. I will be sitting in Ohio trees with Ohio Bowhunting Outfitters. Looking forward to it greatly. If you can't hunt the rut, I firmly believe that the first week is a close second.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

Re: Who's Ready????

Right now for Saturday in WPA they are calling for partly sunny a high of 72 and a low of 47. Not bad for the opening day.

Re: Who's Ready????

I have all my gear together, xbow sighted in and about half my stands hung. I'll probably be going salmon fishing the first day however. I hate the early part of the season. I much prefer hunting the later half.

Re: Who's Ready????

I am ready for the season to start. Still have some spots
to scout but my gear and xbow are ready to go. I like the
first week but the last two weeks are my favorite time of
the season.

I'd rather be fishing or hunting!
