Broadheads

Pretty sure this was covered before, but does your bow shoot better with 100 gr or 125 gr heads? Read somewhere that 100 grs would fly better on bolts.

I like 100 on brass inserts, 125 or higher on aluminum inserts.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

Yes. I like about 18-20% foc with crossbow arrows. You can get it by either brass inserts or a heavier head. Arrow will stabilize faster resulting in better accuracy and speed.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

I like the small compact heads. I've had good results with 85 grains heads too. I mostly use the 100 grain heads though. If you use 85's you have to make sure your arrow is heavy enough.

I have good luck with the 125grs heads even out to 50 yards they stablizer with the predator vanes on them...I've never had to add weight to my arrows..and i am shooting 437 gr arrows...and they rock..
