Ten Point Custy Service

About 3 years ago I sold my ten point crossbow to a friend who wanted to get back into archery hunting.
He couldn't pull back the compound anymore and a used crossbow seemed like a good fit for him.
Well wouldn't you know this past Summer the stock cracked and required a whole new stock.
Just got this email from him and here's his story...

REF: My broken cross bow stock.
Ten Point told me if I was original owner that the stock would be replaced free. I told them that I was the 2nd owner. I also told them I had just bought a new Pro- V scope for the bow. In addition I added that I went out and bought a new Turbo XLT so I would not miss any hunting.

I shipped the original stock to Ten Point and today I received a new stock [no charge]. Now that is standing behind your product.

QUESTION: Do you think I'll buy another Ten Point, AND do you think I'll ever recommend the same.

I've spent most of my money on Waterfowling, Women and Whiskey.
The rest of my money I just wasted.

Yep.. Great company to deal with which can be a rarity these days.

I may be doing some crossbowfishing with some of the TenPoint guys this spring.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

I worked in a shop for 10 years and never had a problem with warranty work. Great company.

I do own a Ten Point, and I can tell you that if you have minor problems with one, Arrowhead can usually figure out a fix for it. I had a small problem with my cranking system and he fixed it. Arrowhead is good folks to deal with.

Ten Point has a great lineup of crossbows this year. Great folks to deal with too. I just got a Carbon Elite XLT in and I would have to say it's the best looking crossbow I've ever seen. I just wish my wife would let me keep it.

I've been trying to decide on which crossbow to purchase and was thinking about one of the new turbo 2's. Ten point standing behind their product is good to hear. It would be nice if other companies nowadays would do the same, especially withthe price things today

The Second Ammendment...
Its kind of a big deal.
