Horton service

Awhile back I posted about the great service from Parker after sending my Enforcer front end in for limb problems. Well I had to send my Explorer front end back to Horton for the same thing and all that I can say about their service is WOW!!! The only original part I got back was the riser; they replaced everything else for free with no questions asked. Now if you're wondering why I had limb problems with two low to mid performance crossbows, all I can say is I know Murphy (Of Murphy's law} on a first name basis. I'm shooting 418 gr. total weight arrows and never had a partial or full dry-fire. I'm absolutely [censored] about making sure the arrow is fully seated against the string too. Just my luck.

Re: Horton service

Glad to hear this. I do believe they have picked up their game lately.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

Re: Horton service

I agree. They have kicked it up a notch. It could be that some of the posts on these, and other forums has helped that in some small way.

That being said, I spoke with Horton over the weekend. They promised that my rep would call me before today......I'm still waiting on that call. I'm not going to hold my breath. Been there, done that. Maybe they should start selling direct to the consumer, as they don't seem to care about thier dealers.
