Broadhead Question

I am using 100 gr spitfires and they fly excellent,I can get a great deal on 125 gr spitfires. What is recommended for crossbows? I am shooting a Parker buckbuster 175 with 20in. easton powerbolts.

Re: Broadhead Question

I have use the 125 gr head, because I like the extra weight, just sight them in with your crossbow. The only weight data I have is total weight being shot, nothing says you have to use a set weight head.I would get the 125 if you are getting a good deal

Re: Broadhead Question

Spitfires are known to be excellent flyers and performers in both compounds and crossbows. I would opt for the 125 grain heads as it will improve front of center a tad bit.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!
