Every time I log in & then click on a forum title I have to re-log in, It takes about 4 times before I stay logged in? Anyone else having issues???

Got knocked off again, Took about 20 times to get back on, How or who do I contact someone if I can't get back on?

+1 in spades

Living in a rural area I occasionally lose power and I don't have a UPS backup, happened this morning. When the computer boots back up from the unexpected power failure Windows apparently clears all the cookies and I have to login to all my regular sites again. Out of hotmail, yahoo, photobucket, ebay, facebook, picasa, and somewhere around 10 various forums that I frequent, HPA is the ONLY site that gives me the same problem you describe. ALL the others its a login 1 time and forget it.

On HPA, login, ok fine, click on a post, logged out, login again, ok fine for a few clicks, then logged out again, repeat over and over, ok now I'm logged in and it seems solid. Exit internet explorer, open IE again, open HPA, and it starts ALL OVER AGAIN! Expire HPA cookies is no help.

"Usually", ok always, what works for me is while logged out, go to <tools> <internet options> <privacy> move the settings to the lowest level <accept all cookies><apply>, login to HPA again, then go back to internet options again and reset the slider to what it was before, I use medium high.

Re: Log in problems

This issue is being worked on as we speak. We need to find out what is causing it and then correct the code.
