Re: boo strings

They are recognized as the best string for Excalibur. They are very high quality for sure. You will also gain a few feet per second.

If there is any chance that you might pull the trigger without an arrow in place, don't get the Boo string. The bow won't withstand a dry fire with this string in place.

Re: boo strings

Great string. Just give it more break in time. They stretch slower than the standard strings that come on Ecxcal bows.

Re: boo strings

can't buy a better string for excalibur crossbows....i dry fired once with a boo string and STS and all is fine....string never left the limbs and nothing happened to the limbs at all, but i also shoot a 550gr arrow which i think helped the most........bob

....

exocet w/STS, munch mount
boo string and trigger
2117 w/ blazer vanes and brass inserts

Re: boo strings

bob - not meaning anything, just to understand. How does the arrow size have anything to do "boo string dry fire" which would have "no arrow". A dry fire.

Re: boo strings

I think I understand Bob. Adding the string stoppers would add a layer of protection if you happen to dry fire. For that reason alone, I feel they are worth the price.
