any one have reviews with these brand

I found a Strykezone 350 for real cheap but, after reading review it seams like they have issues with ther limbs craking. I also found Arrow Precision Inferno Firestorm crossbow with a full package at agood price. I couldent find much on it. Only thing I seen was it is made in Taiwan or china. Any one try either one of these?

Re: any one have reviews with these brand

No experience witrh Arrow Precision.

The Strikezones had a trigger recall early on. The 350 has had a few limb issues but not nearly as many as its bigger brother the 380. The 350 seems to be holding up well at this point and does have a great trigger, is quiet, fast and pretty light for a crossbow.

With Bowtech, it is in your best interest to buy from a reputable Bowtech dealer and not online at a auction site or discount retailor. Bowtech does not deal directly with its customers, unfortunately.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

Re: any one have reviews with these brand

We sell the Strykezone 350 package for $569. If the price you have is lower, you are getting a really good buy and I wouldn't be afraid of it. The 350 is a decent crossbow that has had a few problems, but overall it's not terrible. The safety "prong" is a pain to deal with in a hunting situation and I don't feel comfortable having the bow in my hands without it. The trigger is amazing once you "disarm" it. You will likely hate the scope and need to replace it.

The Firestorm is made in Po-Lang China. There are a few good bows coming out of that plant. At $529 for the package, it is about as fast as you can go for the money. Rated at 375 f.p.s. (doubt you will see that) The trigger will be mushy and the safety is a design that I don't personally like. The faster the bow, the more problems you will have.

Any crossbow shooting in the 370 f.p.s.+ range will almost surely have issues with arrow flight. I've been working on all kinds of arrows lately to get something that will give good flight at a reasonable cost. I'm getting close to finding it. I'll be posting results very soon.

Re: any one have reviews with these brand

I found the Strykezone 350 for $470. That includes 3 bolts 5 bolt quier, Scope and sling. It is from a online store. I also was looking at the Barnett Predator but some places say 375 fps and others say 350 fps. Did Barnett dial it back? Why is it so diffrent from one place to another+

Re: any one have reviews with these brand

Buy the Strykezone package. You are stealing it at that price, unless it's a bare bow without accessories.

Also, for your consideration. You likely won't get a warranty with it if you buy online. From the dealer policy manual "warranty service will be denied to people who purchase from non-authorized dealers or via buying processes that are not approved". I just wanted you to know that, so that you can make an informed purchase. There are online retailers that are approved. Ask before you send your hard earned money, so you know where you stand if something bad happens.

The different speeds you see on the Barnett, might be rated with different weight arrows.
