Horton Bone Collector

Anyone have experience with the Horton Bone Collector crossbow? Been archery hunting nearly 20 years with a compound and i've never even shot a crossbow. Was thinking of trying one out next year. I am looking for a good quality, entry level crossbow. Don't want to spend the $ for a high-end one until i'm sure i want to crossbow hunt. Thanks.

Re: Horton Bone Collector

A good quality entry level crossbow will run in the ballpark of $500. The Wicked Ridge Invader package will cost you a few dollars more than the Horton, but you will get excellent customer service if something should go wrong.

Although I can't discuss all the details yet, there are some very good crossbows coming in 2012 at this price level. Details of these bows is less than three weeks away. Watch this site for updates. As soon as I get all the details, I will post it here.
