Got a Christmas present in the mail

When I was sighting my Horton Crossbow in I was having trouble with the aluminum bolts I got with it. The inserts came out, the nocks were falling out when I was uncocking the bow. So I sent Horton an email and told them about it. They said they got the defective arrows from the manufacturer and said they would replace them. Yesterday I got 3 brand new Horton carbon arrows, was really expecting the aluminum ones. I'm glad I filled out the warranty online. Thanks Horton

Re: Got a Christmas present in the mail

Glad to hear Moss, I was starting to get worried about their CS response, being how you hadn't heard anything. Sent my warranty in when I got mine too. wasn't thrilled with the bolts I have that came with mine either and only using them for decocking. I really like the carbon Easton PBs I've been shooting.
