Broke down

I broke down and bought a new Hickory creek vertical crossbow.#150 ..18"axle to axle,27"long..6"wide...5.5lbs..feels like i am holding an ar..cant wait for hunting season

It’s different, I’ll give it that.
From an accuracy standpoint, I’m guessing having the scope offset from the flight path isn’t going to make a huge difference over typical crossbow distances, just looks a bit odd.
Curious, is that a lefty or righty setup? And how close is your nose to the string when it’s cocked?

Right hand setup..nose not that close has check piece slide that covers the release and string mechanism...offset is about 1.5 inches...from my view the string was about if i was shooting my compound with a releas on

20 yards still fine tuning but shot fine
