Customer Service

I have to say good job to Carbon Express/Eastman Outfitters on their customer service. The foot stirrup on bow broke (cracked where the bolt goes thru it). The bow is over 3 years old w/ alot.............alot of shots out of it. I was not even on the phone for 2 minutes and new one was in the mail no questions asked!!
I also wanted to say thanks to guys on here who gave me help w/ finding the Phone # and suggestion to call CS instead of going back to my local shop..

Re: Customer Service

Your back in the game, thats thanks enough for me.I'm just glad I could help.Good luck this and every year.I would loctite that bolt though. The stirrup may have broken because the bolt came loose.
