ten point factory

has anybody been to their shop ? might go next week for some warranty work instead of shipping it.

I have a buddy that goes there all of the time for work. Once, he let a friend of his use his bow and the guy shot at a turkey and one of the limbs hit a tree and blew the front end apart. He called TenPoint and they greeted him at the shop and rebuilt the bow for him while he was there.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

thanks dpms. heard it was worth the trip. something broke in my accudraw.it didnt retract on its own and something inside is rattling around. it was useable but had to use the crank to retract the cocking unit. was a new carbon phantom rcx.

I took my crossbow there a couple of years ago and they repaired it. Good people!

The older I get, the stronger gravity becomes.

basdjs i am in butler county also. mapquest is showing under 2 hours for me. good time of year for a road trip.

I'd call them and try for a service appointment. Your xbow may be able to ride both ways with you? 😀
