Has anyone tried them yet? If so what brand are you using? I have been looking for some and i'm having a hard time finding them for the xbolts. Any input would be great

Re: victory xbolts and lighted nocks

I am shooting the Victory X-Bolts with Lumenocs. IIRC, the Lumenocs will labeled Gold Tip Laser II.

If you can't find them give me a call. We just got in a fresh shipment today. $9.49 each or $29.99 for three.

Re: victory xbolts and lighted nocks

Are the light up nocks reusable? I heard that they are a one time use, or is that not true?

You can have it when you rip it from my cold, dead hands.........

Re: victory xbolts and lighted nocks

They last for 20 or 30 shots then you will need to lightly sand the end of the shaft to square it up again.

Just put your arrow on a flat surface with sandpaper and twist. The contacts will wear a groove in your arrow and it causes it to lose contact. Sanding gets them going again.

Re: victory xbolts and lighted nocks

You can turn them off. I have used my Lumenocks starting in March, through spring turkey season and during summer shooting and they seem as bright as ever.

I think the Firenocks have the longest battery life and the batteries are replaceable.

Re: victory xbolts and lighted nocks

Are they worth the effort/cost?

With a compound bow I used white nocks and I was able to follow the shot till impact. With the xbow its hard to see the arrow fly.

Sorry to jump in on this post, I was going to post the question and I saw this thread.

Re: victory xbolts and lighted nocks

Personally, they are worth it to me. I like being able to see the impact of the arrow and find it quickly after the shot.
