New toy and season extender

Just picked it up and sighted in the scope today. Carbon Express 390. Came with a detachable crank cocking system as well as the cocking rope. I am going to sit down this evening and read the owners manual. I shot it through a chronograph it showed 368 fps. It is amazing how narrow these things have become.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on the crossbow. Multiple have been about the limbs cracking after 40-50 shots fired through it.

Enjoy. Glad to see hunters participating in the opportunities that are out there.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!
