broken bow

i purchased a new tornado w/ a set of carbon express arrows over the weekend. i was sighting it in and after 3 shots the limbs shattered! after doing research to see why this happened, parker told me to look at the nocks to see if they were installed properly. low and behold the bolt that this happened on was installed wrong. my fault or carbon express fault? needless to say parker steped up and is sending a new xbow, hats off to parker!

Re: broken bow

Bet that was scary!! Parker has excellent customer service, even though this apparently was not the fault of Parker. Kudos to them.

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!
