Wounded Warriors x-bow hunt

tomarrow is the start of the wounded warrior hunt. they wil be hunting pheasant in the morning @ Ringneck Ridge then buck with the x-bow in the afternoon. i met these guiys tonight when we went over the crossbow safety and made sure they were all shooting on. very nice group of guys. the arrows that arrowhead donated fly great out of the bows we have. we have high hopes that one of them boys can bury a red/white/blue fletched bolt into some lungs! wish them luck. i'll have lots of pictures after the hunt!

Now your diggin' where the 'tators are!

This is such a great thing, John and Mindy really do a good
job with these hunts. Thank You for getting involved, I
hope they all have a great time and know we all support
them here at HPA!

I'd rather be fishing or hunting!

Re: Wounded Warriors x-bow hunt

well the guys had a great day shooting pheasant then went out for deer. 1 saw nothing. 1 saw a spike and a doe he couldn't get a wack at. and the other saw 8 doe (he doesn't have a doe tag) 5 buck one of which was a shooter but he clipped a limb for a clean miss. all in all a great time.
tomarrow is another day!

Now your diggin' where the 'tators are!
