Broadhead Target

What is everyone's recommendation for a new broadhead target? Looking for something that will not completely break the bank but will stop arrows before they hit the fetching. I am shooting about 340 fps with 100 grain heads.

Re: Broadhead Target

Well me too--Rinehart all the way.
Either the 18-1, or the square Rinehart Rhino Brute. Both do a decent job--a little pricey, but in my opinion they are about the best production targets going.

Re: Broadhead Target

blobs are way better than 18-1. i ruined my 18-1 in a month.

You want me to put my ear to the ground? Listen for hoof beats? Look for broken twigs?

Yep, blob. If that's not an option, then the Rinehart.

I think I'm an alright guy, I think I'm alright

Re: Broadhead Target

Rinehart 18-1 is my choice and I think you'll be happy with the one you ordered. Not only do they stand up to broadheads, they're compact. That's a big deal to me because it fits under my tonneau cover on my truck with my other gear. I can check my zero before heading out to hunt, which is something I do with my crossbow and my compound (especially when layering up in cold weather using the compound, as this can change your anchor point and your zero accordingly.)
