Emily's First Gobbler with a Crossbow

Had a couple of gobblers patterned that were doing the same thing every morning for the last 2 weeks. Of course this morning they didn't. LOL. Finally a little after 8 a group of jakes came into us. Probably had a 4" beard or so. This is her very first turkey that she has gotten even though she has been after them for a few years.

Super job, Emily. No easy task to shoot with with a crossbow!

I support all hunters, regardless of weapon or technique!

Re: Emily's First Gobbler with a Crossbow

cspot, congrats to you and your daughter. I do have 2 questions for you concerning your crossbow. 1)Which model Excalibur is it and 2)I noticed it has several accessories added, what are they and how do they improve the bow? Thanks.
